No idea about the build, but my guess would be that Ascalon would be best for chest running, as it is the earliest part of Proph. Just an educated guess, though. Don't hold me on it.

well i dont really have anything to do with proph because i find it plain but thanks for the input and surrow is ment to be the best place (guild friend said) but i cant find a w/a build ;/ lol thanks anyway

I have some advice for you.

If your running just for the title, run somewhere easy with lots of chests. Judging by the fact you want to run lockpicks, that means your in it for the loot also. Run places where you have a high chance of getting rare skins. I.E colossal scimitars/elemental swords/tribal axes/sephis axes/magmas shields etc.
